Name and email address submitted via the "Join the System" form or FORMDROP waitlist. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We do not collect browsing data beyond what is logged by our hosting provider for standard server operation.
When you join the FORMDROP waitlist you consent to receiving drop notifications and restock alerts by email. We use your name to personalise those emails. Nothing else.
Fulfil orders and send order confirmations. Notify waitlist members of drop announcements and restocks. Respond to support inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us directly to be removed at any time. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices) are sent regardless of marketing preference.
We use a lightweight first-party analytics pixel to understand aggregate traffic. No cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks.
We retain your information for as long as your account or waitlist entry is active or as needed to fulfil orders. You may request deletion at any time.
