All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability.
Orders are processed via Stripe. You authorise the charge at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the label is created. Tracking is emailed when the label is generated. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Unworn, unwashed pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return email questions@wearcommonform.com. FORMDROP pieces are final-sale unless damaged on arrival; damaged arrivals must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
FORMDROP releases are limited and numbered. Once a drop sells out it does not restock unless explicitly announced. Waitlist priority is first-come, first-emailed — placing your email on the list does not guarantee purchase opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COMMON FORM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products.
